Fluid Types and Capacity for 94 4X4

I have a 94 4Runner with 175K miles. I'm doing a complete fluid change on tranny, coolant, and both differentials. What types of fluids should I buy, and what's the capacity for each one? Would those high mileage ATF fluids work at your normal parts store? Any help would be appreciated.Y

It should say in your owners manual for.weight ect...., but I dont know.
Dont forget about the transfer case.

What brands does everyone use? I want to do the same on my 89 3.0

It has the 3VZE, a Automatic tranny, 4WD.

For trans and diffs, I just use Napa brand. ATF fluid for trans and T-case and 80-90w gear oil in the diffs. I think the manual may suggest 75-90w for some temps. The Toyota red coolant is my choice but if you are switching to it from something else do a real good flush to get whatever else out. I don't think different brands mix well. If you want to spend lots of money and rarely have to change them, synthetic fluids from Redline, Amsoil, Royal Purple are all good. Personally, I don't bother with them on a vehicle this old. I can't remember if the FSM lists capacities, but heres a link to free access to Chiltons which I know has capacity charts.

I run thicker oil (85w-140) in my diffs because of my lockers. It keeps them slightly quieter.
