To those with a field monitor unit, I'm having some confusions when it comes to the air temp sensor and how you guys wired it in;
So I'm aware the yellow/black and blue wires are what lead to the sensor, but how is one supposed to connect these wires if they're missing the pigtail? I know there's a way around it as many have bought their sensor brand new from Toyota but seemingly nobody mentions what they actually did to hook it up. The most I've seen in way of an explanation is literally this single picture in this YT write up, of what looks to be butt splicers or something connected to the pins.
Is this something along the lines of what you guys did, or did you just source the pigtail and go from there? I've searched all over trying to find the female end and have only come up empty handed, so if it's the latter option I could use some direction for where to look. It sucks when half the write-ups out there are 10 years old and now missing the photos they posted :doh:
