So I decided to upgrade my front speakers and was able to complete the driver side and passenger side door, however the bracket for the tweeter to replace the dash speaker does not want to mount up. I noticed the passenusidr bracket is oriented different from the driver side. Did anyone else run into this issue when installing these?

It's not perfectly aligned. But I have no problem to put it on. Do not take whole brackets off. Follow the YouTube "taco tune" video as reference.

Yes, the bracket for the passenger side needs to modified a bit to fit correctly. If you notice the brackets put the tweeter at a slight angle. But the passenger side won't go under the existing metal dash bracket. I took a dremmel tool and trimmed it until it slid under like the driver side.
Great, thanks guys! Unfortunately I tried to force one of the bolts and it slipped and the magnet sucked it through the tweeter. Thank god crutchfield has amazing customer service and is sending me a replacement even though it was my fault. Overall I am impressed with the upgrade so far and think this should sustain my audio needs for now.
Did you Dremel the Focal bracket or the oem bracket?

I was also going to upgrade to Focal dash and front door speakers until I priced it out. I did not want to install an amp so after reading a lot of post on here I decided that I would only change the dash speakers to JBL GX302's and it made a world of difference to me. Anyone that wants a cheap upgrade I can highly recommend this avenue.
