Apologies for the basic question but I've been told that I need to remove the front bumper completely to change out my damaged fog/driving light housing on my 2008 4Runner Sport Edition. Could anyone confirm if it's possible to change out the actual light assembly (not just bulb) without removing the front bumper? Is there a way to access the fixture bolts through the fender-well (or other) without removing the entire front bumper? Thanks all.
