Fog lights aren't working, what am I missing?? 2005 SR5

The pinout of the headlight switch connector is once that I found here in the 2006 service manual. However, It's not correct for my 2005.

Fuse is good, relay is good, and I can illuminate the fog lights by jumping 12v to the headlight connector. I don't recall what pin/wire I energized.

Tried to turn them on in every possible configuration. Running, driving, high-beams, low beams,....everything.

So what am I missing??

Forgot to mention, they worked one day, then they didn't!

Here's the circuit diagram from the '04 which is closer to the '05 than the mid generation change in '06.

Low beams need to be on (unless you did my fogs on mod; see my signature.) Are you sure about the fuses? Sometimes they are tricky so I would swap some around. Could also be due to a relay.
