Fog lights.

Forgive me if this was previously stated in another thread, but I was curious about my after market fog lights i bought a while ago. They are the ones that are under the front of the Runner in my signature. Now i know in PA you cant have more than 4 lights on at a time while driving on a public road. Now my question is: These lights have 7 different colors to them. There is a small LED bulb in there with the small halogen. Now when i turn the Halogens off and put a color on they are fairly bright at night.. Now are those considered neons??? And can i have them on while driving. Now im 17 years old and at our high school we have a police officer and i am debating if i should ask him or not.. You know try and get on the good side with the officers haha.

I'm not sure about the question as a whole, but I wouldn't be scared to ask to ask the officer. He's probably just like a resource officer and doesn't really do "real" cop work.

I'm almost positive he can't give you any type of ticket for just asking a question.

Well ill ask him tomorrow. But he is a real officer i live in beaver county and i see him all the time driving around in his car. But im not worried about getting a ticket... He cant give me one. I just wanted to get some info on here first but if i couldent ill just ask the officer tomorrow. I should know this stuff though considering i want to be a Statey. haha

and i think i have asked this before but are those just plain silverstars in your headlights? caue my silverstar ultras look more yellow then your whitish-blue
