fog lights????

i tried to do the fog light mod on my 2000 and it was didnt real go as planned. i have the drl's disconnected at the box by battery. i tried to bend the correct tab out of the way on fog light relay and put it to the 10 a tail fuse the fogs still only came on with headlights on but didnt go off with high beams on not sure what the problem is all i want is fot the parks and fogs on. any help would be great and thanks in advance

just thought of it i should add that it is the hella de kit but wired to the factory wires pre there diagram

thanks for the lightning fast responce. never saw that diagram page but just to be really clear before i go chopping wires it is that green/black wire #16 pin tha is cut and grounded? sorry but just want ot be clear.

For model year 2000...pin #14, Green with a Black Stripe wire, cut a couple of inches away from the connector, extend it and ground to a convenient point.
