Fog Lights....

I just replaced the bulbs for the fog lights...and one of them its slightly brighter than the other...Is there anyway to fix this?. Did I do something wrong?...I just removed the old ones and plugged in the new ones trying not to touch the actual bulb with my hands...It could be not tighten enough?...

Can any one help?...

One more tip...just make sure the bulbs are 55W. For the longest time I ran yellow bulbs thinking they were 55W when instead they were closer to 70W. Thankfully my stock harnesses were not fried, but I invested in a set of heavy duty wire harnesses when I changed to Nokya bulbs.
