Intent = Very capable and well mannered driver that stands out. Living near tahoe and addicted to almost every outdoor activity I choose a M+S for more compliance. I use this rig as a rolling sports locker for whatever is on the list that day (ski, bike, paddle, etc)

Lights = Zues, my builder Joe is a desert racer/builder and has the hook up on these. His phone # is at top of my thread.

Future = Would like a new set of plugs and wires next (NGK??? Thoughts?).

I see we have a similar intent then... I just cannot justify the bumpers/skids when I do not EVER plan on trying to see how large of a boulder I can drive over. If I really need to get to the other side, I can/will walk. But lets be honest, if I came across a nice insurance check, I'd probably get some bumpers ;-).

Thank you for the tip on the lights. I may have to give, Joe, a call when I get home from Afghanistan.

For plugs, I would just run the OEM plugs. Here's a link to them from Camelback Toyota (Item #4 on the page) 2002 4Runner Plugs In all honesty, you could probably find them locally.


Wires, I personally would go OEM as well, but it's very common to get the NGK wires. Here's a link to the OEM wires... 2002 4Runner Wires

Hey, really great looking 4Runner! Also, I have been looking for a good shop who does work in the area. You said theres a shop in Auburn? Im in Citrus Heights, would you be able to PM me the shops info? Again, love your runner. Your lights and front bumper are EXACTLY what I've ben picturing in my mind for mine.

Nice build. Were you the original owner? I saw this rig or something very similar up for sale on craigslist sacramento a couple of years ago. The dealership wanted $17k for it! Looks super clean though!
