For Sale: Custom Retrofit headlamps for 3rd Gen 4Runner

Selling my custom retrofit mini projectors installed in factory headlamps by customlightz.com in Richmond, VA. It was installed mid October of 2011. These take H1 bulbs and I have the HID kit installed w/ 4300k bulbs as well. These are one off setup as you'll not find them in the DC metro area. This setup should fit on 96-02 4Runners since the headlamps are the same or similar. Including wiring harness, ballast, bulbs, headlamps w/ retrofit.

I paid $900 for everything - retrofit and install. Unfortunately I forgot to take the pictures before selling the 4runner today. It's a factory headlamp with Mini Projectors retrofitted and sealed. I trust the guys work and I wasn't comfortable to do it myself or having the time.

Can you post some. Also what brand (exactly) are the projectors? Are they OEM Acura or aftermarket ....

I will post some new pics tomorrow evening. It's manufactured by Mini brand. The guys at customlightz can provided additional information. I will take some more detailed pics of it.

Also in for more info. The pics look nice, very well done retro. Are those the factory glass lenses? Interested in seeing output pics/cutoff pics for clarity.

Not to sound rude, but $900 seems a bit stiff. I'm currently putting together a mini H1 retro for my accord and my cost with everything including another set of headlights to avoid downtime on my car will be under $400. Anyone with general skills could make this for half your price, depending on what manufacture your parts are......?

Yes OP paid too much initially and is asking for too much. Sorry man but its true.

Just do a search for Projector and you can find lots of threads. Also used parts including lights should really only be worth 60% of the cost new whatever that was.

For any retrofit I would go with premium parts not some parts by a small shop.
