As stated on p1, AC is your dehumidifier. This is why your AC compressor is running anytime you have the defrost on. The dry air will clear your fogged windshield much faster than regular hot air. It will also help keep the windows clear after any precip that was on you starts to evaporate when the cabin warms up. - The AC in my Subaru is broken, so on snowy mornings I run the defrost while scraping (blowing regular warmish air), which takes forever to clear the fogged window, only to have it come right back when I get in the warm cabin. Basically I gotta carry a towel or drive with my window down. Cool story bro, I know.

To the OP: accomplishing the 'one button' window down feature is easy. Just use a t-tap wire thingy and splice the hot wire from your KDSS on/off button to the ground wire of your auto on/off headlight module. Run that through your factory 110v inverter in your driver's seat console and you're done.

I mean that'll work and all but he needs, at the very least, a 230 amp fuse between the KDSS button and the auto headlight button just in case the ground shorts against the washer fluid-fuse bottle output shaft (highly unlikely but POSSIBLE).

Lmao. There's some pretty funny comments in here. I'm in Houston also and the weather really has been nice lately. Gotta enjoy these rare days.
To all the people "hating" on the op, I would imagine if there was a thread called "75 and sunny button mod" and it included quick and easy instructions to do this mod most would be all over it! Right? Don't lie...
To the op, if you were in Cali this might be worth pursuing, but we're in TX dude! When is it ever 75 and sunny??

Well, if you wanted to custom fab some, I guess you could move the sunroof and back window button over to the door right under the front/back window buttons. The would get all windows down about 10 seconds sooner to just go down the line with two fingers to engage the auto down functions.

As for getting out to manually roll down windows... Back before cell phones, reaching across the car to roll down the windows or change the radio station is how we diverted our attention from driving to cause wrecks!! Get out of the car to roll down the windows, pffftttt! Ain't nobody got time for that!!
