for those of you with Limited 18" wheels -- tire pressure question

I just put some 18" limited wheels and cross terrains on my Lexus GX470. Looks amazing and drives a bit better. Unfortunately, as always, the balance isn't right so I'm off in search of a good shop w/a hunter balancer.

My question, though, is what's the door-jamb pressure for the 18" Limited wheels? Is it 32psi like the 17s?

Yes, it's 32 psi.
That's a little low in my opinion, though. I think they ride better and handle better around 34-35 psi.

Because it's the max pressure?

You realize that the max-pressure is just that -- a pressure ceiling for a given tire. Has nothing to do with what the appropriate pressure is for a given car -- as long as the manuf recommended pressure is <= the tires's max pressure rating you typically want to go w/the (car) manufacturer's recommendation and tweak from there to suit your taste.
