For those with 275/70/18 tires, body mount question.

So I found a huge piece of metal in one of my tires and at this point it makes more sense for me to get a new set than to just replace one. I currently have 275/65/18 Cooper STT tires, but I wanted to go a little bigger. I wanted to get a set of 275/70/18 mud tired (still undecided) and wanted to know if I would have any issues with the body mount with them. I don't have a problem trimming the front bumper and I already have wheel spacers so that's not really my concern. I'm more worried about the body mount as I'd rather not have to do the chop if I don't have to.
