For those with a ton of extra lighting...

Interested to see how some of all organize your wiring for LED bars and such. I have two pairs of cubes on my T4R as well as HIDs (3 harnesses total), and my wiring is the opposite of organized. I want to be able to add more lights in the future, but I feel like the amount of wires would become a nightmare at that point...

Probably a little overkill but it is good quality and it looks good. There is a nice spot in the drivers side fender wall that already has bolt holes. You just need to fab a bracket and get the bolts that fit.

Depending on how many lights you're running and where, there's a couple ways to clean up the wiring.

The first and most obvious is to just run something like the above Bussmann Relay Box, that will help reduce wiring clutter in the engine bay significantly.

The second would be to run junction blocks for specific areas of the vehicle. For example:

Using a BusBar as shown above or a Fuse Block to distribute a large amp line to the rear of the vehicle which has a second fuse block to handle branch lines for a compressor, refrigerator, multiple lights, power outlet, ect. This is a bit more costly and requires a little more effort to plan out, but ideally it reduces the amount of wiring you need to run along the entire vehicle and helps centralize circuitry for diagnostics later down the line. The same could be done if you're wiring say multiple smaller bars on your roof rack to be turned on by the same switch, you could run a line to a junction block near the roof with a switched power under the hood at the source so you only have one line to the roof vs. say 3 or more.

My friend had the original SPOD in his Jeep. Definitely was a solid product, but a little on the expensive side... Although some of its features are pretty useful

Hey man. Slick looking build! I have a couple of questions though. First, what headlights are those? I think the halos look pretty awesome. Also, for all of the switches up top, did you take out the sunglasses holder and wire all of those switches in? If so, got any pics of the installation? Thanks!

I just ordered this: NSA Switch Panel

You can buy the relay and remote piece very inexpensively, but the waterproof box, glands and wiring are something I don't feel like sourcing or dealing with.

I'm pretty excited about this. No more wires going through the firewall. I should have it this week.

Nice, I'm interested to see your install. The NSA panel is probably the unit I like the most at this point.

I did take out the sunglasses holder and they're all trigger wires for the relays in the box.
