For those with Pionner Avic x920BT Head Unit... Please Help!

Hey all,

I have a Pioneer x920bt hu and need your help. I was playing with the menu the other night and accidentally set it where the unit would show the rear view camera. However, I do not have a rear view camera set up with it and now, all I get on the screen is a black screen with the words "Caution: Objects might be shown in reverse " or something to that effect. I tried turning the unit off...NOTHING! I shut the car off...NOTHING! I held down the Home button...NOTHING! I tapped on the screen and even held down on the screen and...NOTHING! I cant seem to get away from the black screen. I cant get to the Home screen, or anything else for that matter.

Besides disconnecting the battery, does anyone else have any suggestions?
I realize I might just have to disconnect the battery, but if I can avoid it, I would prefer it.

Thanks for the link, GonOvr... I was on there before I posted here. Nobody (that I can find) has the issue of the head unit not going to any menu (not responding) after pressing any buttons.

The search continues....

its easier to just pull the radio fuse out under the hood, then start your settings all over, or locate the reset hole on the unit itself.

Thanks for the help guys. The reset procedure in the manual didn't work (MODE + LEFT TRACK buttons). Just disconnected battery for a few minutes and its back to factory new.
