Found a bag in my 4ru?!

Found this bag under the seat and it had an unused bandaid and some ointment in it so I assume it was a medical bag. Anyways I really like the bag but it doesn't have any tags or markings indicating origin or manufacturer. Take a look and let me know if you know the type l, style, or manufacturer. I want to buy another one just like it...
