Fountain Tire 4 for 3 sale (need input)

The sale is on in Canada where Fountain Tire (goodyear) sells 4 tires for the price of 3. I was quoted $941 (tax included) to have 4 Silent Armor 265 70 17 tires installed. Comparing it to other Canadian outlets likes Costco and Candian Tire, it seems like a fairly good price. I think at least $100 of the price is mounting, balancing and I think they want to perform a 4 wheel alignment also. So my questions are:

In Canada, would this be considered an ok deal?
Is a wheel alignment really needed when swapping all 4 tires?
I want a tire for daily driving, snow and some minor off roading. This seems to fit the bill.

I'm not sure what balancing they do, but hopefully they can do road force balancing. My last experience having tires balanced OFF my FJ (BFG AT KO's) was not a good one so there's no way I want to repeat that again.

The sale ends on the 16th.

So you are looking at the AT tires. Price sounds right for Canada. Did you look at the bridgestine revo2 when Costco had the $70 rebate? Costco have the Michelin promo on now.

I briefly looked at the revo2, but only online. I'm not sure how the revo2 compares to these (C rated)... I see people opting for more plys, but I'm not towing or doing heavy offroading so I don't think I need the higher load rating.

What do you think?

If you don't need the higher load range than the price of $941 all inclusive is good. I would have gone with either one, depending which tire brand had the promo. Since Goodyear has the promo now, Goodyear would be my choice.
