That's about 2 minutes from where I work. From the look of the wheels, and the mix matched tires it could have been a fire.

I've seen a few 4 runner in my area that looking to part out there Runner let me see if I can fine there post and post them maybe they will part ways with the whole vehicle... Typically don't have a lot of rust issue in my area.
