I think you either need bigger tires are larger rims to fill the wheel well a little more.

I ordered the 22 inch wheels because it keeps my gas mileage the same! The tire is thes same diameter as the stock, 31.6 inches in height. This wheel is bigger the Limited wheels which are 20 inch.

Smart thing you did by keeping the rolling diameter the same, your speedo will read right. But, this doesn't necessarily mean your mpg's will stay the same. This will depend on the combined weight on the wheel+tire combined plus the width of the tire. If you bought quality wheels, the combined weight should give or take a few stay the same. However, some aftermarket big wheels weigh a ton (up to 60+lbs/wheel) increasing not only the total weight, but also the unsprung weight, which is more important. More unsprung weight will effect your handling and braking....
Just a few pointers. Have fun with your new truck...

I have been averageing 19.8 miles combined 70% highway 30% city. Engine only has 843 miles on it so hopefully this will increase! Since I have put the wheels on, my average per tank went up from 17.9 to 19.8. The engine must still be getting broke in since I have seen an improvement. Thanks for the info!

I was going to warn you about the adverse effect those low-profile tires will likely have in snowy weather, but then I saw you live in LA, so that probably won't be an issue. When I put low-profiles on my Acura, I was losing traction even on straight-and-level sections--thankfully I kept the factory stuff, and swapped them back on as soon as I fought my way back home, saving the racer-boy stuff for warmer days.
