Starting a build thread mainly as a way to track the progress on the rig. Hopefully some people enjoy following and seeing pictures and updates.
The rig - 2007 SR5 - Gray - Purchased with 149K on the clock. Fairly good shape for a 2007 that has lived it's life in Maine. Got a good deal because the front suspension was clunking and the tires needed to be replaced, which as you might expect was a "good" selling point for me!
So. Thus far I have replaced the windshield, done oil change and other recommended maintenance items. I haven't yet, but am thinking I might put a koyo radiator in. Also got a hitch mount rack for by mountain bike.
Modifications thus far...
- Window tint 35% fronts
- Replaced running boards with Rocky Road Outfitters super sliders
- Icon stage 2 suspension with tubular upper control arms, dust caps, boots, shin guards, shock neoprene socks
- Weathertech front mats, cargo tray cover and front rain guards
- Spidertrax 1.25" spacers
- 275/70/17 BF Goodrich KO2's
- Coverking digital camo front seat covers
Glad to be part of the toyota gang now
