I never found that trash/plastic bag holder of any use. I usually uses the door/console cupholders to store stuff. Imo the swing out trash holder seems a little weak if not flimsy. Another power port is definitely more useful.

I've come up with a different use for it. I have two kids who have been known to get car sick in the past on a few occasions (luckily not in the 4Runner so far).

I keep two of those stackable, disposable, plastic Gladware-type containers with lids there, held in place by the trash bag bracket. They fit perfectly if you get the correct size. If need be, they are ready to be called into action at a moment's notice, and this keeps them right in place where we know where they are at all times.

Pretty gross, huh? But, you gotta do what you gotta do!

I think he meant an additional 12v cigaretter lighter socket or AC 110v outlet. Not the Microsoft software.

I never used it for shiat....they could have saved the money for it and just jammed a bottle of crown between the seats for me instead.

Had a "catch 22" with them though: Wifey demanded it but was unaware of its price. Happy when it came in but boy was she ticked off when she saw the price!!

Sometimes you just can't win...

With 3 kids in the rear seat, that thing never gets used. It would be snapped off in a matter of seconds. Talk about flimsy. A power point would be awesome for those trips when the batteries in the kid's gameboys die.
