Front and rear exhaust/muffler studs the same size?

No studs on the muffler flanges, just bolts through holes with nuts, although if they are rusted enough, those bolts might look like studs. Yes, the stock bolts are M10x1.25. But any bolt that fits the holes will work.

Only studs are way up front where the front pipe (or front cat if Cali. type) connects to the crossover pipe. Also M10x1.25.


Unless you count the O2 sensor studs: M8x1.25 front and rear.

Not yet, It's only been 2 years. Nothing is shiny anymore though, I really only drive the 4R to work in the rain & snow so it only see's bad weather.

Yeah, I used 3/8" NAPA bolts to replace my cat-to-cat bolts when the gasket went. NAPA had the gasket but no M10 bolts in the right length. 3/8" is slightly smaller than M10.
