front brake hard line OEM part number or equivalent

Hey all, so today a buddy and I were trying to tackle the tundra brake swap and found out the flare nut connected to the stainless steel brake line on the original caliper was really rusted and started to strip. I would like to know if there is a direct OEM replacement for that part or something equivalent I can get online or at a parts store? I looked on Amazon and all they have are hard lines for the rear brakes or long brake lines you can cut to size then use the appropriate size flare nuts... If the latter is the only option what size brake line and flare nut would I need? Thanks!

I had to custom bend a new line That I picked up from a part storm but don't ask me the size because it was a while ago ha ha

They should know what size brake line for you at autozone or wherever you go. Just pick up a cheap brake line bender too and you'll be good to go.

It looks like those SS lines replace the front brake hose, the part I'm looking for is the steel line(s) that go straight to the caliper with 10mm flare nut.. I can't believe it's this hard to find a replacement... I've even been to Camelback and they don't list it!? Is that even possible? Here is the schematic when I click on brakes and it does show the hose (#4) but not the steel line that goes to the caliper... Unreal!

I replaced the lines from the top of the frame down to the caliper. I called fragola with a length and what fittings were on the ends. Think it cost me $45 total.

It cost me $20 to get them ordered from Partsouq. Then I found out it was shipping from the UAE!!! The funny thing is FedEx thinks it will be here tomorrow but tracking shows it's just made it to France! lol

I also have 2 used I found on ebay on the way; this was a little closer, shipped from Arizona and should be here tomorrow. I contemplated getting the stainless steel lines to replace the hoses too but I've spent too much this month already... Also, I might need to replace the master brake cylinder as it's leaking from the top cover, at 1st I thought the brake fluid was too full but it still shouldn't be leaking... $80 bucks from Amazon... Maybe I should just order that and do them all at the same time and just bleed the brakes once and get it over with...

Maybe I'm the only one who thinks that the hard lines leaving the calipers suck? I'll be glad to get rid of them in about a week when I upgrade to soft lines. Just get some Tacoma soft lines, and call it a day.

Just go to Wheeler's Offroad and get the Tacoma lines. It's that easy.

Am i missing something?? Wheelers only sells flex lines replacement for existing flex lines - even under the Tacoma section, all I see are flex line replacements/upgrades.

EDIT - Are you just removing the hardlines all together and using the flex lines from Wheelers?

It removes the hard lines all together and it's a flex line to the caliper that uses a banjo bolt instead of a flare nut. Lots of other trucks have flex lines to the caliper and I find it's easier to work with them.

Thanks a ton!!! I hate those hard lines with a passion. It's seriously the only thing worse than the oil filter location.

There's hardly a reason to go with the OEM part on this. You can get 8" sections of pre-made brake lines (with fittings) for $10 at the parts store. These are literally the easiest lines to shape.

I went to autozone and finally found this one. Bent it into an "S" and it worked like a charm. I bought an extra just in case. I think they were just over $4 each.
