Front bummper will not come off!

Im trying to take off my front bumper and i have all the bolts out except the two that are next to the fenders. Ive tried all sorts of tools to get it off and used wd-40 and pb blaster. Im running out of ideas to get this bumper off. What do I do?

The two next to the fenders are a nut. Mine were pretty cruddy and you might need to cut the nuts off if PB blaster doesnt work.

if its not coming off there is something still bolted on... find it ... remove it... handle it

One bolt was seized so bad on mine I had to take a dremel to it to get it off.

There were 6 bolts on mine if I remember correctly, 2 on each side near the turn signals, and one on each side in the fender well.

Don't forget to disconnect the turn signals first, so you don't accidentally rip pull the wires out.
