So i might have missed something in the search i did, But what the hell is this for?

You remove that piece when you want to use the tow hook on the chassis behind that area. That way you avoid the strap/chain/cable damaging the bumper.

It kind of swings to the side on a rotating screw underneath. It was swung open during transport so that a cable/chain/strap attached the car to the boat via the front "tow" hook. If you look underneath the front, you'll see what I'm talking about.

I probably wouldn't use that hook as a tow hook. It's only held on by a couple of bolts, utilized during shipment. It would be okay to make that one of the securing points if you had to tow it though

I've looked up on it but i cant find any that matches at least somewhat... I have a few scratches that i touched up with a white i got at Pep Boys, It works decently. You wont notice it from at least 5 feet away. But still noticeable up close.

Its a great looking color though isnt it. Once its cleaned and waxed up, Heads will turn.
