Front Calipers Question

I have quick question I replaced my driver side front caliper that got rid of the swaying to the left really bad after letting off the brakes. After doing that it started to do a very slow movement to the right after letting off the brakes. I took off the brakes pads on the right side I seen rust circle on one of the pads. Does that mean that piston is seized? I'm getting alignment check on Sunday to see if that is the problem. I know the rule of thumb is to replace the other caliper but I'm broke as hell doing one thing at a time thanks guys!

Usually, a sticking piston will cause the associated pad to wear faster then the opposite pad. Mine pad actually developed small cracks. The rust circle is normal if its on the shim side, which I assume it is.
