Front Camera Install - San Diego

Looking to do the anytime front and rear camera mod. I've watched the videos and don't think I'm up for the challenge. Does anyone know of a shop in San Diego or Orange County that does these?

You can do it!! I also thought I wouldn't be able to handle it, but was able to get through it without too much issue. It took me about 4 hours because I was going slow. This was basically the first "wiring" I ever attempted. The runnin 4 tacos video is pretty good. And also just watch some basic videos about connecting wires/crimping/heat shrink/solder/etc. And the customer service from anytimebackupcamera.com is pretty helpful/responsive.

If still unsure, most car audio places would be able to handle it...but don't have any specific recommendations on shops. Call around and see if they can give you an estimate. Also, some of the shops may want to see the kit before they give estimate/agree to work. You could def save a fair amount of money doing it yourself though.

if you got money to burn any stereo shop can do it most likely.

it's super easy just take your time and follow the instructions.
 
I am also in SD and looking to do this MOD but a bit unsure of myself, but pizza and beer is available for anyone who would like to help me lol
 
I installed the front and rear camera interface from BeatSonicUSA. I am far from a technician but is definitely doable if you take your time.
 
Wow! Really appreciate all the reply's and votes of confidence. Now you guys are making me think I should attempt it hahaha.

Surprised to see all the people in Socal looking to get this done. Maybe we need to get a group install set up.
 
The install is pretty straightforward, but can be a little time consuming as you are basically removing and re-installing quite a few dash pieces to gain access to everything.

These kits are designed to be plug and play. The wires for the camera plug into oem harness for signal and power.

Give it a try :-)
