Dose anyone know where I could find a new front driver seat? Driving more then 4 hours starts to hurt the body after a while. So I'm wondering if a new seat will help..

I had a similar issue with my driver seat, which was at 315,xxx miles. The local dealer had the back and bottom foam cushion so I replaced them both while adding inflatable lumbar and a bun warmer. The new cushions are firmer and place the lumbar in the right spot on my lower back. So, that might be an option for you.

The Lumbar in our seats (and I think in Toyotas in general) are mechanical, not pneumatic.
Honestly I'd get a quote form a good upholstery shop, if you're the primary driver of the vehicle you might just want to have them quote you for a custom cushion job that best fits you; shouldn't be too expensive from what I hear (a few hundred dollars I think last I heard? but then again a new seat is bout $1200 or more from Toyota, a used one that may or may not be in good condition and not stained with god knows what might be a couple hundred?).
I am thinking I may go this route when my seat wears out a bit too much, I've hear the people that have done it find the difference to be significant. If you're a bigger guy they can put varying density of foam in that will support you better than a factory seat could since it's all one type of foam.

Close but no cigar! A motor in the back rotates which pushes the lumbar piece forwards or backwards. The pneumatic lumbar piece I installed has a lot more travel so the effect is more pronounced.
