Front end alignment

As you know, just lifted my 4runner and it needs an alignment. I will have them adjust the panhard bar too.

My question: What is the proper way to get the alignment done?

Should i weigh it down: try to get close to my weight in the cab? Obviously, fill it up with gasoline. Or will the alignment shop already have parameters for an unloaded 4runner?

Side note: I called Just Tires to get an alignment appointment and they said that a 4 wheel alignment would be $79. I then asked him how much would a 2 wheel alignment cost because the rear can not be adjusted on the 4runner and he said This is all they offer.

Yeah, some shops will just align the front 2 wheels to each other for free, then charge you to align them to the thrust vector of the rear axle. The rears don't have an adjustment, but apparently they can adjust the fronts to match the rears.

I think a legit shop will really just have the full alignment as the front only alignment is kind of a joke. I think it is just so tire shops can throw something in for "free" to hook you into buying the tires.
