Front end clunk only when it rains

The only time we hear the front end make noise is when it rains and we hit the brakes at low speed. Once above approx 10 mph it goes away. After a day or so of no rain, the noise goes away.

Did a search and nothing comes up. We do not have KDSS.

Any suggestions besides moving to the desert or dont drive in the rain?
