Front End Link Part Numbers

I'm going to put new end links on the rear of my 4Runner. I've got a 3.5" lift in the rear so I want to use stock front end links that are 1" longer for the rear. I got a part diagram from the dealer but it only has the part number listed for the end link itself. I'm wanting new nuts, retainers/washers, and bushings, those aren't listed on the diagram.

Anyone know the part numbers I need for the complete set up? Thanks in advance.

For the $ the dealer wants for the link i would think it would include all of it. Camelback Toyota wants $72 a side.
 
Build your own. I've got these from parts I bought at Lowes and Autozone. Cost me $28.

Shoot me a PM if you want some links made. These are what I make. If you're going to build you own like the picture above. Leave the lower bushings on the sway bar itself off. They really do more harm there than good.

I looked on Camelback. They had individual parts listed as well and not a complete setup. I'm going to contact a parts guy at a GA dealership and see what he can come up with. He offers a pretty good discount.
 
Why are you looking at OEM for this part? It's an unnecessary expense to go OEM here. I use OEM where it matters, this isn't one of those areas.

If you're going to spend OE money, I would take a close look [MENTION=98153]MStudt[/MENTION]'s links - I would take those over factory links any day - really well made.

I would highly recommend the disconnects since you're an off-roader. Ditching both bars was the best thing I ever did, only had this way for 2 weeks now but is so much better for wheelin' IMO - I drove the exact same test trail before/after removing them and the run was night & day better, particularly with the fairly stiff OME suspension on mine.

However, if your rig is also your DD then I would want the ability to reconnect the rear otherwise you have to drive it like a VW bus on the highway (slower and avoid evasive maneuvers). My rig doesn't see much highway so both will be staying off for the foreseeable future.

The truth is, I'm not an off roader. I've had it off road exactly once.

I can't afford another hobby right now (modding my Mitsu Evo has me fully engaged) and I just failed the VA safety inspection with my original OE ones rusted through and broken (which they have been since I bought it but passed 3 different safety inspections previous in the same damn state) :suspicious:. I don't really mind all that much since this is just forcing me to do a job I've been putting off for years due to money and laziness.

Since I really only need this to pass the inspection I think I'll give it a go, someone's got to go first. If I ever actually start 4 wheeling at some point in life, I'll consider making an upgrade.

Go to auto parts warehouse and use the midsmr20 coupon code. The proforged sway bar links will be 20% off with the discount
After discount they are $100.27 shipped for 4 new links, front/rear. Since you don't wheel, save the $$$ these are quality enough to last on a stock truck.
 
I have those links on my lifted 98... I bought two sets of Proforged fronts and two sets of prothane bushings. Trust me when I say unless someone else here has broken a proforged link on a stock 4runner, please share.. They will say they are junk to buy discos but I wheel, I have lots of lift and they have been excellent on/offroad..
But.. The mstudt links are far superior should you ever want to upgrade from a stock link.
