Front end noise at any speed.

Hi there.
It looks like I have A problem that I cant solve by myself.

The front end noise. Looks like it is on the passenger side. So the nature of the noise is some kind of clicking or knocking when im driving straight, reversing or turning or doing anything. It doesn't change if I turn right or turn left, no vibration at all just knock...knock after same interval of time if im rolling at 10km just foot of the brake pedal and let it roll it goes knock...knock...knock...i can barely hear it but there is definitely something knocking and I feel slight hit from each knock. When i go faster time between each knock is less and if I go at highway speed it just turns into constant ambient flapping/humming noise say 320 deg of tire rotation is humming noise and 40 deg of rotation is flap as though I had an uneven tire wear. Hopefully explanation of noise makes some sense.

Some time before It felt like same kind of thing was on passenger side than I had a tire rotation and it felt like humming/flapping noise went to the back right wheel which i thought is the sign that it is a tire problem. And soon after noise came up to the front passengers side and it sounds exactly as I explained in the post above and volume of the sound grows with time and bothering me more and more.

I have checked for bearing play in passenger and drivers side and saw no play with tires on. Removed rotors and calipers and checked for bearing noise while rotating and trying to shake..no noise or movement.
all ball joints up and low + tie rods were done in march. Struts assemblies were replaced 1.5 years ago to OME 2inch lift with diff drop. steering rack is good, bushing all around everything is good. the only thing which is not good is the passenger cv axle top booth has a slight tear and grease is sipping, but no clicking sound on turns and crack started right after I installed the lift and it is still sipping grease 1.5 year after.

I would think the culprit is that cv joint but without seeing it and hearing it, Im just guessing.

Interesting. looks like it is drivers rear bearing.
Jacked it up and spinned rear wheels and drivers rear is growling metal, but passenger rear is nice and quiet.
I wonder why it feels and sounds like its front passengers.

Pinpointing noises while inside the cabin can be very deceiving.

I would pull the drum off first and make sure something in the brakes isn't hung up. If it still makes the growling noise with the drum off, then you got a bad wheel bearing.

Would be a great time to replace the axle seal as well which may be the reason the bearing is shot to begin with. You'll know when you pull the drum if the axle seal is leaking, everything in there will be soaked with gear oil.
