I know I've been on/off again here but I finally had the front end work done on my runner. the shop had it a week and had a devil of a time getting some things off due to no maintenance prior to me and rust but he got it done.
There was no way I would have ever gotten the parts off by myself.
so here is what I had done:
LBJ - OEM
Brake hoses/lines
outer tie rods
Front struts/spring assemblies (went with MOOG)
UBJ - OEM
sway bar links
align/balance
She rides a little better and now the CD player doesn't skip when I hit a twig - LOL
I'm glad it's done and now I can move on to other projects. Probably timing belt, h2o pump other belts next.
When warmer weather rolls around it will be some paint, rims, LEDs and rust removal & coating.
I am glad I kept her. Ride is better and I just feel at home driving it.
Thanks for all your help! :thumb3:
