We did the "front inner fenderwell mod" yesterday to gain a little more clearance for our tires and are extremely happy with the results! We're running a 3"lift and 285/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and were getting a little rub. This should eliminate that.
I was a little surprised at how much more room we got! The pics show the left side, the right was slightly less. Not sure how much we would have gotten with the original body - fenderwell attachments. Ours attach by way of SSO's slimline bumper brackets.
