Front KDSS piston boot not right!

Whats the best way to get th boot popped back into shape.
Had lifted Saturday, just noticed a few minutes ago. I was thinking tounge depresser and massage it out?

It there a hole in it or is it just folded inside out like a kitten's ears get sometimes? Try suctioning on to it with the narrowest shop-vac utensil you have and maybe you can tug it back out. Or just drink a beer and stop looking at it.

No hole, think they just didn't notice with reattaching front KDSS.

No luck with hair dryer of heat gun, equal puckers on the other side of boot.

Are these puckers if left along going to cause issue's?
 
Get the front wheels off the ground and compress the piston with a floor jack until the boot compresses and gets rid of those dimples.

Well its slightly more complicated than that , the suction came form it being overextending which is not good. It's not an easy fix without voiding the warranty with some generic hose clamp . This fix calls for SST Toyota tools . At this point I am gonna let some of the KDSS fan boys jump here and tell us how easy this is to fix. There are tons of them that will tell you it's not a problem and there truck is fine and it's easy to fix but have never done it and so on but that has not been my experience with KDSS and lift kits.
 
that's not gonna cause any problems.. mine was like that for a bit and i left it alone and a few months later i noticed it was perfect and fixed itself, maybe after a flexin trip LOL

Figure void warranty at dealer since installing aftermarket caused the pucker anyway. If its not affecting anything I could just leave it i suppose. I'm
 
Did your boot ever reshape correctly on its own? I have a similar issue after upgrading my lift. I tried to gently pop it back with my fingers but it only made the dented boot ridge worse. I figure leave it be is the best action, so I'm hoping your boot self corrected with time.

When you did attempt to compress the piston with a jack, how compressed were you able to get the piston? Sounds like it didn't want to compress for you if that wasn't a viable fix. Too bad that lower boot strap needs a SST.
