Front struts replacing

I'm thinking about replacing the front with the bilsteins and some ome springs, but while im at it i wanna be able to replace the top plates and the bushings where should i go about to get these?

Why replace the plates and rubber pads? I just swapped out my front shocks and the pads and plates showed zero signs of wear....and they have 205K mi on them....

or do what I did and get them from someone selling a set in the classifieds

Having another set of top plates is a big bonus, because you can assemble the new strut and coil without having to disassemble the old stuff. Cuts out a lot of work.
