Front Sunroof Drain Exit

My driver's side sunroof drain is blocked. I've run a wire from the top all the way until it bottoms out under the pillar, but the line still won't drain.

Since the drain exit is above the frame, I'm guessing I need to disassemble the kick panel to access the drain line where it goes into the frame. Has anybody done this? What is involved? Thanks.

That is very helpful. Now I just need to determine what is involved in removing the panel to get access to the drain line.

It just pops off but you need to take the plastic piece off that is on the floor first. The one you step one getting on and out of the truck.
