Made videos on the replacement of all of my sway bar bushings a few weeks ago. The links in the description are exact links to what I used on my 97 2WD. Hopefully they help.

Did the OP buy the bushings and replace them yet?
If so, would the OP kindly report back what was bought and how it fit?
I have been researching this problem, and I found that the most-recommended kits are the wrong sizes.
Suffice to say that Energy Suspension and Daystar have the right kits but Prothane does not, and no lookup engine (I have found anyway) tells you the right kit number.
You have to call the tech support of the bushing manufacturer yourself, as I found out.
At least for "my" 2WD truck that seems to be the case.
