Front window issue. Almost fixed just need a little help

OK I have narrowed it down to this breaker, SEE BELOW, it is getting not power but i have tested the breaker and it is good just no power getting to it. any ideas.

I'm assuming you have a power window issue? Make sure you have power going in and out of the switch at the, or on the door. It's common to have breaks in the wiring harness at the door jam(due to the flex). I would check this first, then through the rest of the circuit.

the breaker i am showing in the first pic i have checked with a voltmeter, it have no power to it thus no power to the doors. Do you know where the power comes form before it gets to the yellow breaker in pic 1

They ran the power circuits for the windows rather weird in these days. You'll need to pull the switch, and check the circuit. It should run a constant loop. If no power to the door harness, you'll need to run the check back to the ignition switch.
One problem with this system, the way it's wired, if one circuit fails in the motors(or harness) it will kill off half of(or most) of the system. These trucks were really not meant for power windows. The system is a bit of an after thought.
