1987 Toyota 4Runner – Exceptionally Clean and Well Kept 1st Generation - $3600 – Boise ID
Gorgeous SR5 22RE Toyota 4 Runner, owned since 2001. Only put 65,000 miles on it since ownership. Total miles: 215k
All major wear items have been replaced:
-timing chain (including cover, guides, gasket) at 175,000 miles
-exhaust
-shocks
-clutch master cylinder
-alternator
-radiator
A few features:
-fly windows
-sunroof/moonroof
-split folding rear seat
-tilt steering wheel
-cloth seat covers up front (replacement bottom fabric seat on driver side.
-Removable top has never been removed and doesn’t leak.
4x4 is solid, been used primarily in winter snow conditions. Only taken occasionally on dirt roads for camping, etc. No rock climbing or off-roading excursions. One small rust spot started in front passenger wheel well.
You won’t find 4Runners of this year in this condition – looks brand new. So hard to let it go but the time has come. Includes two sets of aftermarket wheels (summer and winter set); one is Chrome Steel, the other is brushed alloy.
