Had a friend upgrade his stock suspension to aftermarket, his full suspension for front and back for all 5th gens is available for sale.

They are off a 2019 TRDOR and only had 10k miles on them when removed. The reason I listed 2010 is because they are all the same shocks for all 5th gens. Let me know if you have other questions.

See that link above, yes you can use it and it only requires a few modifications but its a cheap option.

As for lift, I am not sure if the front coilovers would provide any lift and in the rear you would need the coil springs which I don't have. Those would provide some lift for sure.
