Selling my beloved 2012 4Runner Trail (KDSS Option);
Location: Dexter, MI (Southeast MI)
Black on Black Cloth,
Non-smoker, garage kept, original owner.
Truck is mildly modded...unique enough for the occasional thumbs up, but mild enough that it is still very well-mannered on the road as a commuter...perfect daily driver balance in my opinion.
Truck has approx. 72,800mi but I drive it daily so it will change with time.
All 5k services at the local Ann Arbor area dealer, kept all the records.
No accidents / insurance claims (knock on wood...)...only 1 windshield replacement due to rock chip.
Truck is in great condition with only the few stone chips and fine scratches one would expect after 70k miles of gentle use.

Key Features / Options:
- Trail Edition...you guys know the details...MTS, Crawl Control, Diff Lock, etc etc
- KDSS (!!!)
- Sliding Cargo Tray
- Moonroof

Mild Mods:
- Bilstein 5100's Front/Rear; Front set 2.5", Rear spacer 1.5"...no rake and no nose dive under braking!! Combined with KDSS, doesn't handle half bad for a 4x4! Dealer installed suspension / alignment.
- 17" Konig Countersteer X (Anthracite) with black spline drive lugs; wrapped in Goodyear Duratrac LT (E-Load) 265/70/17 (stock size). Offset bumps out the track for a nice look. Purchased new from t4r.org vendor! NOTE: Original Trail Wheels are INCLUDED in the sale (no tires, boxed up)!
- Grillcraft mesh front grill
- Custom light mount behind the grill (cnc plate purchased from a groupbuy on t4r.org!); Black KC Slimlite (long range pencil beam) mounted behind the grill; dash switch mounted to blank stock switch plate.
- Blacked out rear 4runner emblem

Mods shown in photos BUT NOT INCLUDED IN SALE...
- Thule Roof Rack coming off (Not Negotiable)

Its definitely a good option....its FREE visibility to the ad!

I've had a couple leads / one potential serious buyer from this forum posting (but it's still available as of today.... )

By far most of the requests for info I've received though have been through third party sites (Carguru's, autotrader, craigslist, etc) because of the broader audience.

At any rate, it doesn't matter if only 1 person looks at it on here...if they want it and they buy it, it was worth typing the ad!

-Dent free and accident free (original owner)
-Usual stone chips and light scratches to be expected but I think pretty good shape (thus closeup of hood)
-very minor rubbing of driver side front wheel liner due to off road tires and wheel offset...only happens at full lock in reverse and can be easily fixed (mod posted in forum on how to do)
- non smoker and has never been smoked in
- dogs but they don't travel in it often and I vacuum. Only traveled in cargo area on a bed...rubber cargo tray always installed

Subjective but I think pretty good condition! The truck is garage kept and washed 1-3x weekly, even thru winter. Just the expected/normal surface rust etc.
