2012 4runner Trail Edition with KDSS in Shoreline Blue. Sunroof. 35,300 miles. Excelent condition. No scratches at all in the paint. Seats are perfect. Has weathertech floor liners in the front and back, canvasback cargo liners in the rear. Navigation with Entune and backup camera. I will include the yakima crossbars/factory cross bars and yakima basketcase that is mounted between the roof rails. The items attached to the cross bars will be removed. Not nearly as much as I wanted. It was alot harder to sell than i thought it would be. Only had about 3 people interested in the 3 months I had it for sale. Had offers of 28,000 and 30,000. That's trade in value, so I would lose the $1500 tax savings if I would have sold it for that instead of trading. They have it listed at $31,500.

Yeah, I was the one who offered you 30k. What tax savings are you talking about? Sorry I have never sold anything private party, but I am currently and I'm not familiar with the tax stuff. I already called them but will offer them 30k cash. That's all I've got

When you trade a car in you pay sales tax on the difference between your trade and the new car you're buying. Since my trade was valued more than the truck I bought, I didn't pay any sales tax. Sales tax would have been $1585.

Honestly, I had the same scenario when selling my 2010 TE w/ KDSS. I ended up selling it for 30,500 after only a few offers came in over several months. I could have traded it, but ended up with a Private Party vehicle (bought a 2005 Tundra with 38k on the odo, 4wd etc).

Aaaaannd I just bought a grey T4R for the wifey, so shopping some accessories.
