When the LIMITED running boards come off to install sliders in their place, there are no OEM mud flaps available for the front flares. Have you considered designing and printing something to fill that void?

how thick is the plastic and have you had any issues with them breaking from rock or random projectiles?

I make them 3mm thick, I personally am running a raw printed set on one side and an acetone smoothed set on the other side. They are tucked up enough to the body that you would crush the rocker panels before crushing the piece, except for big tires, im not sure what would happen. The acetone makes them stronger but i wouldnt say the raw ones are weak. I dont have any cracks or any sign of wear on my set from mud, rocks, sand, however I did have a customer have some bubbles show up after the acetone treatment, so ive changed my process to allow more time for drying after the treatment.
