I have a factory grill for a 1999 3rd gen. The truck had 141,000 miles on it when I removed it to replace it with a Satoshi mod. This is factory, so it's much better quality than the replacements on Ebay. It should fit 1996-2002 models. I have some extra clips that I will throw in with it.
