FS, 3rd gen (2001) for parts/part out (LOTS OF UPGRADES!) - $3500 Northern NJ

2001 millennium silver ~165k miles located in Bergen County NJ. Clean title in hand. Carfax has some mileage discrepancy, never figured that out but it’s about 15K off at some point.
It’s given out to rust around the gas tank and rear diff housing, Rack and pinion is also going, Needs new tires. I repaired frame rust a few years ago and planned to restore this car but I’ve since bought a new daily and have been focusing all my time on my porsche. Engine runs strong, AC blows cold, kept me happy for many years. Asking $3500 for the whole thing to do what you will with it. I’ll consider parting out depending on if the whole thing sells or not - I’ll gauge interest on the parts listed below and anything else folks would be interested in.

Everything in the car and all electronics in the car work just fine, so let me know if you’re looking for anything specific. Unless otherwise noted, everything is in exceptional condition.
