FS:3rd Gen 4runner High Output Alt

This is a Mechman High output alt, built custom for my 3rd gen 4runner. I had it in for roughly a day and then sold my truck and kept the alt. Its 140 amps which is double the stock unit. Its was 600$ new but now its just a paper wait so im letting it go cheap

It also put outs roughly 173 amps at 4000 rpm's

I am pretty sure he meant 140 amps as the factory alternator is only 70 amps. I had one reworked for mine and it is also at 140 amps.
 
also interested in photos...

does it simply drop in and replace the factory OEM alternator, or do you have to modify it like those installing the CS-144 alternator?

Drop in replacement, with addition of a ground and fused charging line
