I have a grille that I made for a customer. It was damaged during shipping. There is a small (+-2") scratch along the bottom chrome section. In my opinion its not bad. Certain angles you can't even see it.

I make these grilles for $215 without an emblem. This is a grille with mesh, with NO EMBLEM. I am selling this grille with NO EMBLEM for $180 OBO shipped. If you want me to put an emblem on for you, I can do that..just let me know which one and I just charge the cost of the emblem.

Each grille has the internals cut out, fiberglassed, then bondo is used to fill any holes. The inside is then smooth before painting. This grille is satin black.

I was just looking at your 2012 thread. Are you still using the Lowe's plaster lath? Because I'm pretty sure that stuff will rust eventually and treating it can't be easy because it will flex. It's not meant for weather.

I am. I put enough primer, paint, and top coat on there to protect it. Mine has been done for 3 years now and it still hasn't rusted.
Haven't heard any complaints from any customers either...and some are getting close to 3 years old by now.

I guess its all in how its prepared.
