For anyone who wants to switch out a crappy-looking 99-02 center console in their 4Runner this one would be a great replacement. This would also be good for 96-98 owners who want to switch to the newer style console. The reason I bought this was because the condition was incredible. All I did was wipe this down with a wet towel - it would probably look even better cleaned and treated with products made specifically for plastic and vinyl. There are some relatively minor scratches on the sides of the gray plastic - some of which will not be visible because of your seats. Please keep in mind that this console does not have air/heat controls on the back - if your 4Runner has those this one will not work. Probably the Limiteds had the heater controls on the back. This console is from a 2002 Sport Edition 4Runner.
As far as I know this center console is complete. The black rubber cupholder insert is missing, but I sell those separately from time to time. The gray lid is in outstanding condition. You have the hidden compartment under the lid as well as the regular console area. The black cup holder/parking brake area in the front looks really nice. Sometimes these parts are faded and all scratched-up.
I usually don't buy these, but this one is in superb condition - I knew someone would want it. I've seen the console lid and the rear retractable cup holder go for around $40 each on eBay. I am selling this entire center console for $79 plus $19 shipping for a total of $98. This includes tracking and insurance. Call or text me at 979-574-2070 to purchase.
