EXTREMELY rare feature on a third-generation Toyota 4Runner. Almost no 4Runners come with manual-regulated 'crank' windows. The extreme rarity of this feature makes them super desirable. Here are two links to threads that illustrate this point:

These came with my 4Runner when I bought it, but I personally prefer power windows, so I swapped them out. They are in good aesthetic and working condition. I have working regulators, crank handles, and door panels for all 4 doors, making installing these into a 4Runner very easy.
